New Feature – Multiselect in 3DBI

Control your selection.

In this tutorial you will learn how to select multiple objects at once in your 3DBI models in Microsoft® Power BI®.  Multiselect support is added to the 3DBI visual version 2.5.

To select multiple item in the 3DBI visual, you have to:

  1. Press and hold SPACE.
  2. Left click the items you want to add to your selection one by one. Each item you add to this virtual selection will turn dark blue.
  3. As long as you keep space pressed, you can navigate (orbit, pan) the model and add new items to your selection.
  4. Release space to make you selection definitive.
